My coins or purchases are missing.
Purchases are permanently recorded on your Apple account. Tap "Restore Purchases" inside the in-game shop on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. If the issue persists, please email us with a screenshot of your receipt.
My hearts are not refilling.
Hearts refill automatically over time. Please make sure your device clock is set automatically. Ad-based heart refills have a daily cap.
I didn't receive my ad reward.
Rewards are granted after watching the full ad. If the ad fails to load due to a network issue, please try again after a moment.
How do I cancel the Season Pass / Battle Pass subscription?
You can cancel any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Rewards remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.
The app crashes or freezes.
Try fully closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, please contact us at the email below with your device model and iOS version.
How is my data handled?
Game data is stored only on your device. We use Google AdMob for ads, which may use your advertising identifier. You will be prompted for consent on first launch.
